It has good heat and cold resistance, good hardness, tensile strength, electrical insulation performance and toughness, as well as good chemical stability. At room temperature, it is basically insoluble in organic solvents and can resist various acid, alkali, and salt solutions. It has good resistance to environmental stress cracking and thermal stress cracking, high surface hardness, and good dimensional stability.

The steel used for the frame is processed by automatic bending equipment. The frame and pallet design is good, with a reasonable structure, good reliability, strong resistance to accidental falls and heavy container stacking ability, and can meet the transportation requirements of Class II hazardous chemicals.

The container is equipped with an adjustable ball valve, which is convenient and reliable for liquid discharge. The valve body material is HDPE, and the ball material is PP, with good chemical compatibility. The valve sealing adopts EPDM rubber, and materials such as ETFE, PE, and butanone rubber can be selected.

The exhaust port thread of the valve is standard thread S60 × 6. There is also a conversion joint for users to choose from. Discharge port thread S60 × 6 can be converted to American fine pitch 2 "NPs threads and quick connectors, meeting other discharge requirements of customers.
