Product Overview of IBC Tank

IBC Tank  are mostly made of plastic, generally called plastic IBC Tank. They are blow-molded using scientific formulas, with various colors and beautiful appearance. They meet packaging indicators in terms of acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, leakage resistance, no fading, and no deformation. They are currently the choice of long-distance transportation of chemical product packaging materials.

Plastic IBC Tank  have the advantages of one-time molding of overall polyethylene (PE) without seams, impact resistance, aging resistance, light weight, no leakage, acid and alkali resistance, long life, and compliance with hygiene standards. The performance is much better than traditional glass fiber reinforced plastic containers, plastic welded containers, steel-lined rubber containers, etc.

It can replace stainless steel, titanium and other metal product containers to a considerable extent. It is a corrosion-resistant storage and transportation equipment for chemical liquids, and it is inexpensive and good quality. The products are widely used in chemical, dye, medicine, pesticide, metallurgy, rare earth, machinery, electronics, environmental protection, textile, food and other industries.

The inner container of the chemical barrel is made of high-density polyethylene material by blow molding, and the outer sheath is a mesh welded by galvanized steel pipes. The chassis adopts a four-way fork European standard all-steel pallet to prevent instability. A discharge valve is installed at the bottom to facilitate the discharge of the liquid in the container.
